Please fill out a separate application for each child. Applications can be submitted for children 18 and younger affected by mitochondrial disease and siblings 15 and younger who are not affected. Please remember that our budget is approximately $50 per child. Applications need to be submitted by October 31, 2024. If you have a wishlist through Walmart or Amazon, that will speed the process along. We will be shopping throughout the season so gifts might come sporadically. If you need them shipped to a different location so the kids won’t see them, please let us know. We understand that our kiddos might have unusual limitations and needs. Feel free to share an unusual request.
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission into MitoSantas. Please have additional ideas ready when you are contacted by our volunteers later in the season. If you don’t hear from anyone before December 1, please contact Santa Jenny at jennifer@mitoaction.org.
