Brenda Senger RN, MA is a PhD candidate at Washington State University School of Nursing. Brenda is an educator, a nurse, and parent of a child with mitochondrial disease. Brenda’s goal is to identify stress and coping in parents of children with Mito in order to educate health care professionals and provide adequate support to parents of kids with Mito.
